We are a Nominet registrar
SiteFlip is run by Domain Farm Ltd, a Nominet registrar with its own tag and a live EPP connection to the .uk registry. We move a .uk domain ourselves, usually the same day. Every other marketplace hands you a form and leaves you to chase your registrar.
Every kind of web asset
Blogs, news titles, affiliate sites, ecommerce, apps, SaaS and raw domains. Not one narrow slice of the market, and not websites bolted onto a list of pubs and care homes.
A marketplace, not a broker
You browse the inventory, you see the price, you buy. There is no engagement letter, no retainer, no gatekeeper deciding whether you are worth a conversation, and no fifteen percent.
For comparison: Rightbiz, Daltons and BusinessesForSale sell shops and restaurants, and treat a website as a line item. Flippa is Australian, and Empire Flippers, Acquire.com and Motion Invest are American, none of them pricing in sterling or able to touch a .uk transfer. The handful of UK online-business specialists are brokerages, which means a retainer and no inventory you can look through. Why “only” is not marketing
The UK marketplaces
Rightbiz, Daltons and BusinessesForSale between them carry tens of thousands of UK listings, and they sell shops, pubs, salons and care homes. A website is a line item on a form, not a category anyone there understands.
The web marketplaces
Flippa is Australian. Empire Flippers, Acquire.com and Motion Invest are American. They price in dollars, they do not handle UK VAT on an asset sale, and none of them can transfer a .uk domain through an IPS tag change.
The UK web brokers
A handful exist and they are brokerages, not marketplaces. You engage one and they sell for you on a retainer or a large commission. You cannot browse their inventory, because there is no inventory to browse.

We publish what things sold for
Every completed sale goes into a public index. Nobody else in the UK does this, which is why most sellers are pricing against American comparables that do not apply.
